Our first Festive Season

If you are reading this, we hope you are keeping safe and well this festive season.

We wanted to say a huge thank you to all our partners, friends and family for supporting us this year. Thank you also to our first customers, many of whom have bought generously and helped spread the word about Russell & Atwell fresh chocolates.

Starting a business is hard at any time, but doing it in the middle of a pandemic has been doubly-challenging.

In addition to the relief and exhaustion of successfully packing and sending hundreds of parcels around the country during December, there is more than a tinge of disappointment for the handful of orders that haven’t yet arrived. To those few people still missing orders, we apologise. We have discovered that Royal Mail 24 is most certainly not a 24 hour service in these exceptional times. Thank you for your patience.

We are looking forward to the New Year, with big plans for new flavours and more... If you know of a foody shop or café who you think would like to sell quality fresh chocolates, do let us know!

We have a little stock remaining, and will be back making in early January, with a full range of fresh chocolate available to send-out from the 18th.

In the meantime, wishing you, your friends and loved ones a truly safe and wonderful festive season and a substantially better 2021!
