Every time we make chocolate for a trial posting for consumer-assessment, we seem to get hot weather. This May was the 'sunniest month on record'. That, together with the dreaded virus, was a pretty extreme torture-test!
However, with the odd minor injury (squished chocolate), we only had one full 'liquid chocolate' incident.
In the future, we will pause sending if there's a hot burst (it never lasts long in the UK) and will resume as soon as the temperature goes back below 21 degrees.
